I LOVE THE CLEAN CRISP PRINTS. NO PIXELATION NO BLUR. COLORS POP. AND THE QUICWAT TURN AROUND TIME.
I switched over to DTF Delaware because it feels good to support local businesses, it’s nice to have the option to pick up my orders, and because my DTF orders have all turned out great. The colors are vibrant, my customers have all been pleased with their orders, and I’ve had no issues with cracking or peeling after the items have been washed.
Do you obsess about quality? Do you stress about deadlines. Well, worry less and buy from Delaware DTF! I love the quality of the DTF and my customers love the feel!

My dtf came defective and I already try to contact them via email, chat, messages and calls and no one answers. They did answer 1 time and after that no one answers.
My dtf sheet came back very nice, I am pleased with the quality of work they do, will be reordering.
I did not receive all the order that I placed… Sizes are not adding up when request 10 inch DTF
First, communication is horrible. Multiple times I tried to call the phone number and all it said was the voicemail was full. You couldn’t even leave a message. Then I started trying to communicate via their website and it would take forever to get a response. The FIRST time I ordered I literally asked them what size gang sheet I needed, and I gave them how many stickers I needed and the size. They told me what size gang sheet to order and I did. I needed 180 stickers. When we picked up the order, we only had 90 stickers. When I complained to them, they tried to say they told me I had to order multiple gang sheets. That’s why I only had half the order. So I sent them a screenshot of what they told me and never did they say I needed to order multiple gang sheets. I assumed they knew the amount of stickers I needed would fit on that one gang sheets, considering I asked them that specific question. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered this type of material. I was excited to have somebody more local for me. So then I had to pay again for the other 90 stickers even though they forgot to make them. I understand paying them for the material. I paid it. I was very specific on size. I put it in every note section I could put on my order. When we went to pick up the second set of stickers, the sizing was incorrect. I then tried to communicate with that with them this time I said I’m not paying for any more stickers. I need you to make them the correct size. So then we had to go pick up our third set of stickers. Meanwhile, we have a job to do for a customer. There was no apology. There was no indication that they were willing to make right of the situation. It’s really just a warehouse. There’s no spectacular office or anything which is fine if they’re just starting out, I get it. But for the money I paid the situation was horrible. The quality of the stickers were so bad that we literally used all of the ones we had printed because they were so hard to work with. I will continue to use the services of the Etsy shop that I normally use because their quality is top-notch and their customer service is 100% 1,000,000 stars. The only reason I didn’t use them is because I felt like this was a local company and I was excited that I could just go in and get them and not have to worry about getting them shipped. I will never use this company again. I cannot recommend them to anybody.

I have ordered from DTFDelaware multiple times and this last order is the worst experience I have ever had with DTFs. Half of my sheet is missing adhesive and has ruined my product multiple times already. I am very frustrated with this order and probably will not reorder from you.

It was my son‘s first birthday party and we wanted to have a small intimate gathering with close family. So I decided to get personalized shirts for everybody. I created the design, front and back, and uploaded it to the website. Any questions I had they were more than willing to answer. They had good customer service and each shirt came out way better than I expected. The turnaround time was about 24 hours which was great. And it’s a local business so I could pick it up quickly. And to make everything better, the price was great! Overall, my experience was really good and I have already told a few people about the company. Everyone was really impressed by the shirt, quality and the design quality. Whenever we need shirts again, I will definitely be ordering from here.
